Color Nail

They are honestly like EVERY OTHER place I have been too. The first three visits are amazing. Great quality, friendly service. Then I go in yesterday to get a fill and three of my nails are already lifted away from my natural nails so water etc. can get under. When I called the manager put me on the line with someone else and when I couldn't go in immediately they wouldn't even speak to me. They are twenty minutes from my house! I can find a place closer and with less aggrivation. SO DISSAPPOINTED

There's no way these 1-star reviews are real. From the first time I came to this place I've been treated like the only customer in there. After the second time, they knew my name and every time I come in, they always know me. I don't get anything special done, I usually just bring my grandmother to get a pedicure and a manicure. They are so nice and go out of their way to make you happy. They bring you little bottles of water, they do extra-long hand and leg massages, and they NEVER "shoo" you out, because if you get a nick in your polish they'll say "let me fix it!" even if you're all "no it's OK". I had one lady run at me because I was in a rush to go and she threw on some fast-dry polish so that I wouldn't ruin my nails. So yeah, I don't believe these reviews at all. They're always packed and everyone seems to really love them so I call shananigans.

I would not recommend this nail salon. The customer service is terrible and they rush you in an out. They don't care what your nails look like when they are done. They collect their money and shoo you put the door. Literally! My daughter went to throw away they disposable fill flops and the woman said "you go now" and shooed her out the door. She put her shoes on outside o. The sidewalk. It was on real.

Color Nail in Seekonk would never be recommended by me. I had the Pink and White Gel Nails, done by Lee(The Owner). Yes, when you go in they act nice, so doesn't every other nail salon. If your saying, THIS is the best nail salon in Seekonk, then I would hate to see the work the other salons are doing, cause LEE (THE OWNER), talks like she knows what she is doing, but really doesn't. I had my nails done last Wednesday(2/16/11) AND I was back on Saturday(2/19/11). The gel looked like it was lifting and I needed a fill already. LEE (The Owner) said she couldn't help it if my nails grew out already, when in reality she didn't do them correctly, but what else could she say. "Oh I'm sorry I don't know what I'm doing!!!". She wouldn't fill my nails in, all she did was file them and put another coat of the shiny gel on and put me back under the UV light. I told her they looked "TACKY!", for only having them done 3 days ago. THEY SAY THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK, but they did not correct the problem, they just made them look worse. NEVER AGAIN!, LADIES, if a nail technician keeps saying "don't they look good", "they're nice right" and "do you like them?", BEWARE check them out CLOSELYy, especially under the UV light. Now the shiny gel they put on, is now peeling off!

AND Lee said "no one can do pink & white gel nails like me", guess what I hope not!

My daughter also had her's done the day before mine and her's are doing the same thing. They looked good for ONE day!. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!
