        I had to put out a good word for the ladies as this store! They are sooo amazing. I had a short notice wedding and they were incredibly helpful. I found a beautiful dress at their shop and it fit me so amazing. I am a plus size gal so it is hard for me to find a dress to begin with. Their selections of plus size is awesome and they are all beautiful dresses, nothing plain or simple. All the dresses either have bling, lace or both. Anyway I am more excited now for my wedding since I got my dress and local. I didn't have to a bunch of different stores. I will tell everyone to go to this boutique first!

        My experience at Concepcion Bridal was not the greatest. I ordered a wedding dress from there and to start with it came in 3 days late. When I got there to pick it up it was way to big by like 3 1/2, it was very disappointing this was 3 days before my wedding. I asked if I could have my 25 dollars back for my alter fee since they clearly messed it up and they gave me twenty back.

        Hello Paige, You did not mention in your review you came in 2 weeks before your wedding. Also, the dress you purchased was not "ordered" it was a dress in stock at our store that was to be altered. You came in our store looking for a dress at last minute. We let you know that the dress would not be ready until the Monday before your wedding date and you stated you were okay with that. As soon as the dress was finished being altered we called you which was on the Monday. You did not come in until the Wednesday before your wedding. The dress was slightly big but it was not a big issue. The manager was willing to fix it for you at free of charge and even offered to deliver it to your location. You stated you did not want to do that. We strive to provide to best customer service. We offered to return $15.00 that you paid for alteration fee and you stated you wanted your $25.00 back. We did not return the full $25.00 because there was fabric added to your dress which cost us $30.00 since the dress was a Medium originally and you needed the dress to be altered to a bigger size. You stated you would take $20.00. In order to help you we went ahead and refunded $20.00 even though the dress was a very easy fix. The dress only needed to be taken in 2 inches the most. I am sorry that your experience with us wasn't the best. We hope that you understand that we tried to do the best we could to make you happy. Hope you have a great rest of your day.

        love this place!

        Amazing selection of dresses! I bought my wedding dress here and thanks to their help my wedding preparation was less stressful. I also want to add my friends daughter bought her prom dress here and she recieved it in great timing and at a good price!!
