I called them to see if they had CPAP assesories.They confirmed they did and I explained my problem.I was told to stop on over and they would see what they could do.Apon arriveal i was meet by friendly,knowledgeable people who got me what I needed at a very reasonable rate considering My insurance wouldnt pay for it. Thank You so much.I;ll be back.

Unresponsive to customer needs...

I have a busted facemask for my CPAP machine, and despite offering to pay for a new one, cannot get a replacement from this company less than 15 miles away. I am used to sleeping with this machine now and since I can't, I have had 3 very long nearly sleepless nights. They have no customer service but I bet they get their $ from the Insurance whether I can use it or not. I went to another company. Installer was a great guy, office staffers suck - stay as far away from these cretins as possible.
