U-Frame IT

I have worked with this shop many times before and have always had great service. But my last experience was a devastating.

I brought in my 40+ year old "Easy Rider" poster and agreed to have it laminated and the ragged edges "trimmed"-not completely cut off!

When I picked it up it was "decoposed" onto a piece of plywood with no edge at all,

It is ruined-there is no way to fix it! It looks like a $2.00 print from Walmart.

I looks like those terrible plaques we made to hang in our dorm rooms in the 70s.

I have cherished and cared for this poster for all of these years and now I can't stand to look at it. If you get the wrong frame you can change but not when my the artwork is glued to a piece of wood and mutilated. And the bill was over one hundred dollars!

These are supposed to be experienced people-a poster has a border!

When I went to pick it up the gentleman working there could barely take time to give me my poster and then said I'd have to call on Monday to talk to the manager, I've called, starting at 0900 and it is now 1030 and there is no answer-not even a recording to tell when the store is open-nothing-it just rings forever. Not good customer service.

I will never go there again and do not recommend that you do either.
