Great hours. Friendly and helpful staff. I've been coming here for over ten years. Never had any lost mail in that time.

Free parking 30mins upstairs. Free 60 or maybe even 90 min downstairs.

These folks always help me. But last weekend in particular they were absolutely professional and total sweethearts. Last Saturday I walked in at 20 till close with 7 boxes. No one sighed or was otherwise rude. They helped me till the very last box--plus the four statues that they had to pack themselves.



Then my credit card got declined. And Jim was so kind. He waited until a friend could come bail me out--well over half an hour past close. I am indebted to these folks.



I recommend them strongly. And also I only use ups and not fedex because ups has a union and fedex doesn't.

I've always had a good experience here. Granted I only go in pretty much once a year at xmas time - but especially then i expect the staff to be very harried and stressed. instead, they have always been calm, relaxed and real. my packages have always gotten delivered without any hassle and for less than i expected. the staff is great - maybe due to good management? anyway - thanks ups staff for always coming through!

Seriously could not be easier! Had a big box of clothing to ship to my sister in CO - my husband has done this before so her address is on file. They weighed it, measured it, taped it up & less than 5 minutes later I was outta there. I have been putting off sending this package because I have PTSD from the last time I had to mail something from an actual post office. Don't be afraid. It is clean, fast, friendly & easy!!

Stopped in again, had to. Had to return an 80 pound piece of machinery, didn't have packing tape and felt that the $1.50 would be well spent in this case.



Surprisingly they did not charge me, I thought they would. They didn't.



These guys helped me pack up the item, got it sent on its way and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Thanks!!

Great friendly service at this location. For those that might have had a problem, I might suggest that the problem was within, rather than with the stores personnel. I dare think that the business model for a store that has been here a number of years is to insult the customers, as noble of a cause as I might think that to be at times.

I have been a customer at this store for several years, and the whole staff are unfailingly wonderful. They always greet me, know my name, and are really friendly. I love it that they email me when a package arrives! I really love these folks.

Convenient, and the staff is competent. Overall, I've been very pleased with my experience there
