I showed up after the Service Department closed at 6 :00 PM to pick up my car. Jeffery Timm, in new cars, tried to find a way for me to pay my service bill. He was unsuccessful, but he explained that service and new cars were two different businesses. Nevertheless he allowed me to take my car on Friday and come back to pay my bill on Monday. My suburban looked a lot cleaner when I picked it up than when I brought it in

I applied for an auto loan online and got a pre qualified offer from this dealership. After receiving multiple calls from Kevin, Eric Finally I return their call and checked the status of my loan application. I am an engineer at the Boeing company and I think I know the situation with the dealerships and I was not rushing to buy a car at all. I was just looking to buy a good car.



Over the phone they were friendly. I got an appoitment with Eric, but as I get there I had to continue my appointment with JACK ! No smile, No greeting ! He talked to me like he's gonna lend me a car for free..! I was quite dissapointed.. When I got there they did NOT have my pre qualified offer and said have to do it all over again. I had my down payment, documents,insuarance agent ready but I decided not to continue with these people as they seem so disrespectful and deceptive I did NOT want them to have my business.



If u go there make sure you have 5- 8 hours to waste.

And expect they say something and do something else !!! Hopefully u'll find this review helpful. Don't give a business to someone who treat u with NO respect.
