Neighbors Moving and Storage

Its the first time I hire a mover and I was surprised how much they help to lower the burden. Neighbors Moving & Storage supplies are very good quality, and it makes a difference. My biggest concern was them taking forever to deliver my stuff but they were actually punctual. I';m happy to say it was a successful experience for me and my family.

Excellent packers! They are so fast yet careful. Besides, they have great materials and packing supplies. At the beginning I thought I could pack myself, but after realizing I was doing a terrible job, and my stuff would probably suffer a lot during my long move, I decided to call them again on such a short notice to get the packing service as well. They had no problem with it, andsaved my day

It was my first time using Neighbors Moving & Storage and I'm glad to say my experience was satisfactory. I'm and architect and my hobby is landscaping, so I had some flowers, rocks and garden decoration stuff, and they were a big concern for me. However, the crew was very careful with my plants, and that made me very grateful.

The movers were focused at all times, they shrink wrapped the furniture that required special care. They lifted and carried out the heavier items with great skill. The result was great, no mishaps and no lost items, and everything was kept into the initial quote, so this is everything I could have asked for.

My relocation was smooth and fast. The movers from Neighbors were really professional, easy to talk to and informative. Same goes out to the customer service people, they answered my calls at all moments, were really nice, and responsible. Thanks a lot.

Neighbors Moving and storage is the best mover I have had after 10 moves across the country and Miami. They were thorough in their preparations and estimates, extremely careful with antiques, strong and hardy movers, and skilled in problem-solving how to move up tight stairs and into small spaces. Neighbors won't be the cheapest mover advertised but they are worth it in reliability and quality.

When my family told me that we had to move last week, I had a strong pain in my back and a hard pain in my head too! Imagining me moving can be the worst disease a human being could have! Thanks to money and luck, I could hire Neighbors Moving and they saved me!

I have to admit that these guys were so but so good in their job helping me to move that I would like to pay them again! I cannot believe that a moving company could provide such great services! I did not feel the move and that’s like heaven!

I feel compelled to write this review because it had been a long time since I had received such a great customer service. Amanda was so great over the phone I was sold after 20 minutes talking to her. She made sure our movers were on time, and that they were doing a good job; which they did beautifully as well. No complaints about this company which I consider from now on one of the leaders in the market.

The crew was fantastic. The punctual service offered is no doubt the best asset of their moving company growth. They arrived at the scheduled time and delivery was as expected. My old mother was very pleased as they took special care of her favorite belongings. They served me according to my needs. A friend of mine has moved with them sometime ago. I searched the web and came across movers at work and got several quotes from moving companies. So thought it would be wiser to go with a known good moving company. . Movers arrived 10 minutes early according to my watch. I recommend Neighbors Moving to everyone planning to relocate.
