Night Owl Recovery

Unprofessional...dirty...one polite person only and she even acted like she did not want to be there. The address on the web search is bogus and sends you to a trailer park which is probably where they all live. The ladies in the front grossed me out the way the dressed, not attractive honey...not at all! We did notice that our property was already in bags and was given some bull "about the law"...well not true, I work at a place where we repo vehicles and your items are not suppose to be touched until the time to recover our vehicle is up. after that you have 30 days to pick your property up. This place does not deserve any stars but have to give at least one to post...

Let me start off by saying this is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever delt with in my life. The office staff is completely RUDE including the Owner. I can't even express how upset I am after speaking with them via phone. No sense of customer service this business has, I am shocked they are still in service. Now I understand why they have several pending law suits and they are about to have another on their hand. If you are a lender and contract these ppl for your company look for another company to recover your assets do yourself a favor and skip on this company they are totally not worth it! I will be reporting them to everyone I can think of!

What a shady azz business. Went and picked up my vehicle within roughly 12 hours of them towing it sometime overnight. All of my personal belongings were already rummaged through and everything crammed into a garbage bag. Well, almost everything. Several items were missing from my vehicle, and when I very politely asked the driver about one of the items that is very important to me (which was a gift from a friend that has passed away), he said that he never saw it and he was the one that cleaned out the truck. LIE LIE LIE!! I could see it in his eyes. I know for a fact in was in my driver's door pocket, but he insisted that it was never there. Also, there are two sets of big claw mark scratches down the side of my driver's door, which I'm sure came from his big azz dog that they have there at this "business" which is actually a house by the way. Hope nobody ever has to deal with these very unproffesional, fly by night people. And to any of you repo businesses that use these guys.....it's bad business. Find another company.
