Tires by Tony

After paying "cash" for the tires....." to save the tax"....I asked him about the warranty on the tires I just purchased and he became irate and indignant! How dare I question him!!! I then asked for a receipt and he refused to give it to me. Then when pressed harder he scribbled illegibly on a "receipt" but would not put a description of the tires on it. He then cursed at me under his breath.
In my opinion He likes cash so he doesn't have to show the gov't what little business he actually does . He sells inferior Blems as firsts and sells used tires as well. Stay away from this jerk! You will get burned!

Every time I come to tires by Tony I receive great service and the tires really last! I went in over the weekend to get my tire changed after getting a flat and then that night the tire was flat and I realized my rim was bent so I went back first thing this morning which is a Monday and they fixed the rim and made sure I was taken care of without any problem. I will always come back here for my tires!

Went there with a broken sensor valve and another that was corroded. Tony was able to fix both and had me on the road quickly and at a very fair price. He was upfront regarding the issue and I appreciated his explanation of the situation. Definitely recommend

I first came here when my fiancé caught a flat at 645am and they were the only tire place open at 7am. Pulled the car right in and right out with an 18inch tire good tread for only $30 bucks are you kidding me that tire anywhere else goes much higher. Truth be told tire did go flat mid afternoon called them up and they replaced asap no questions asked, in fact already was expecting her and she was even shocked that they told her don't worry just pull right in. Fast forward I ordered my ultra high performance sumitomo htr a/s p02 best price given around period even ordered the tires for me with a $10 deposit again seriously no one does that not knowing if customer is coming back. I read all these reviews and was like man these guys were not that bad with me at all they had me in and out and mind u I had a special order with custom rims already. The owner may not be that social but nor am I so a word here are two worked fine for both of us just fine, I think they derserve way more credit than given and for the price they quoted me for a 255/35/18 sumitomo they are definitely not rip offs or expensive.

Absolutely the worst service on Long Island. Went there to get 2 used tires. While there I tried to price 4 matching new tires. Guess I asked too many questions. He must feel threatened by someone with a little knowledge. Never did get a price. I got the used tires and drove about 35 miles, went to my mechanic to check an exhaust leak they noticed a bubble in both tires. Tony convieniently placed the bubbles on the inside. When I called him he says I must've hit a pot hole! He starts cursing and threatening me. I called Nassau County PD to meet me there to avoid an ugly situation. I retrieved my money and original tires and left not before a whole lot of cussing and posturing. He even tried to bait me into a physical confrontation until he saw I wasn't alone. I will never do business with him again. And I highly recommend you don't either!

They should be out of business. Both son and father assh*** literally speaking. They deceive people for their money and do horrible job. On the top my girl tells me his marry son goes around and cheats on his wife. SHAME!

Tony & his frigging son are rude & arrogant. Bad attitude. Very expensive. I hope this shop gets shut down. I give these morons zero stars. Stay away!

I created an account just because the service was so horrendous I felt the need to give society a warning about this embarassement of an establishment. The service, or lack there of, was disgusting. I was appauled by the owner's horrible attitude and obscene prices. It was a Saturday and I thought they were closed but I stopped in to beat the lines at Jiffy Lube or Midas, needless to say it's worth the lines at the near by Jiffy Lube or Midas to avoid any encounter with the slugs that work at Tony's. Any possible good review must be from family and I would say friends but its a doubt they would have any.

Worst customer service ever! I have never met a ruder bunch of low class unprofessionall people in my life. STAY AWAY!! Not even worthy of a star.

Called to get quote "can't give quotes over phone" and hung up. I went down there and his price was more expensive then the competition and the parking is horrible. Would not recommend this hole in the wall
