Town Center Medical Group

My doctor is fantastic, 5 stars, but the office manager is about 1.5 stars. When calling to ask a question about my bill, (why they sent a claim to my insurance for a 10 min. visit to fill out a form) she immediately took on a defensive tone and reminded me that I "took up the doctor's time". I wasn't disputing that fact or refusing to pay, just wanted to confirm the amount that seemed a bit high. She also did not provide her name and never let me actually speak to the doctor. Interesting how the office staff can make a mediocre doctor's practice seem great OR undermine patient confidence in remaining with a fantastic doctor.
