TCS called last week demanding payment for a debt originated from a landlord dispute I filed in 2012. The landlord did not comply with amenities as per lease agreement so the lease was breached. The TCS female was hysterical demanding immediate payment when she knows that phone calls are not legally permitted. I filed additional complains against TCS.

Today is Friday September 29,2017 12:11pm I just called this office and a Michael answered the phone and I told him what i needed help on and without any say sent my call to a Lynn that answered...didn't even know i was being transferred, I told Lynn what I andf she was very very rude said my case was over 2 years old what did i need her to for me...I asked if there was any way she could fax me copies of my case showing it had been paid in full and she said no i could go to the court and get copies..I asked again if she could just please fax me what she has got...here words where...do you think I"m just gonna jump up and stop what I"m doing and fax your stuff..I'm not sure what your policy is there i did ask to speak to a manger, she replied I am the manager,I would like to talk to some one other than her, If I am able to will you please let me know threw email dneecha@yahoo.com she is a very rude person and to be in charge Im sure I am probably not the only one who has complained on her...Thank You Denise

A++++ would do business again. Talked to. Mr. Paulsen who got my debt reduced to 5% of what it initially was, by telling me about "claiming a hardship," He took me through all the steps and was polite and professional to boot. If I ever fall on hard times again I will be sure to conact TCS.

Be very careful dealing with them. First of all, the fax number they put on their letterhead is a non functioning number. Second, know the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Credit Debt Collections act. If you dispute their collection attempts, in writing, they can do nothing further. Always follow up with them in writing. You can always sue them in small claims court if they violate the aforementioned acts. It is really simple and they will always back down.
