Southwest Men's Clinic

My husband and I went in there to get information then we scheduled an appointment. At first glance everything appeared normal and The Urologist seemed to be competent although When I left The Office I had that nagging feeling that He was too slick.
After The Urologist left A Salesman took over and talked about the different options and the costs. There again there was this nagging feeling. He assured us several times that if the 2 tests my husband was going to do were not successful we would have our money back minus the 99 Dollar Consultation fee.

My husband had 2 injections which did not seem to be working for him, we asked for a refund.

They advised that he made another try which still did not work.

We became suspicious when The Salesman with whom we had worked was fired. The Manager refused to refund the money despite the fact that we were assured that it would be the case by 2 different Salesmen.

We were fortunate enough that American Express took over and we were credited that amount back on our card but I want to let everybody Know that this might be A Scam.

Beware!

I did get any issue I had resolved. I feel they are very professional. I tried the program, but could not continue. I feel that many men could benefit with their program, but not everyone. Not because of Southwest Men's Clinic, but because of the physiology. I do praise their program.
