Sch Electric

On 4/09/08 I had a problem with my Surround sound system. I contacted Service Magic to obtain a repair company. I was given the choice of two companies and I chose SCH Electric. Two techs arrived late and proceeded to look over my issue. Told me I had a blown circuit in my surround sound amp. I said ok, can you at least reroute my audio/video cables so that I can view my TV and TIVO. After about 40 minutes I realized these guys did not know how to do that. I was frustrated and to top it off the Head Electician told me I had a bad attitude. That was enough, I asked them to leave (had to write them a check for 140.00 for basically nothing). I called and tried to speak with the VP Nancy but she said she was in a meeting and would call me back. I then went behind my TV and saw wires that were in the wrong places (Not by my hand I might add). I rerouted the wires and got my TV and Tivo up and running. I then called the Head Electrician and informed him that I had at least done something and could now view and hear my TV. I also emailed SCH but as of this writing I have not had a return call or email (today is 4/24/08). Very poor service in my opinion.
