Being on the Board of my community it can be extremely stressful at times. Being able to work with a company like FirstService has really taken much of the load off. Great job and Thank you!

I have lived in this neighborhood for about 5 years now and can't thank Firstservice enough for keeping our community up as much as they have. I came from a neighborhood that was really worn down and where people didn't take care of their things. This has definitely been an upgrade and I have Firstservice to thank for that!

Whoever the man is that answers the phone at the front desk is truly an asset to your company! He is always so cheerful and such a problem solver. He is quick to take action and always gets me directed to the right place. He definitely deserves some recognition!

Eric has done an amazing job supporting us in closing landscaping issues, homeowner challenges, and making sure we are compliant with the CC&R's. He has taken extra steps to promptly address problems and has effectively assisted to prevent issues from arising. If FirstService has a recognition program, Eric should be considered -- his support is greatly appreciated.

I'm new to this community, but wanted to thank you for all the wonderful service you've provided. Since moving in, you have been a tremendous help, ensuring that packages are delivered and getting me set up and settled in my new place. You have been gracious and gone well above and beyond at every opportunity. Just can't thank you enough!

I had lived in my community a number of years ago, moved away and am returning with the purchase of a new home. One of the main reasons for my return is the way FirstService and the board have turned a terrible association around and making it a community worth living in. You and the board have my gratitude for this good work!

Denny and his assistant Barb are the best team we have EVER had working with our community -- quick to respond, always positive and very professional. They are the best!
