I want to say thank you for the service you provide to the residents in our community. The courteous and professional manner in which you all respond to handling matters is exemplary. The jobs that all of you do and the myriad tasks and services you provide are not easy. I commend each of you for a job very well done!

I was really impressed the other day when I walked into the FirstService office to pay my bill by the receptionist, Larry. This guy was so full of life and just made my entire experience quick & easy. Thanks Larry!

I was just recently added to the board of my HOA and one of the very pleasant surprises I’ve had since joining is working with FirstService. Thank you FirstService for hiring the landscaping crew to come to my community recently. They did an excellent job of trimming and cleaning up the trail access. It's a pleasure to walk through there again!

I wanted to give a special thanks to JaNel for all her help with our recent community event. JaNel did so much more than construct props and show up early on a Sunday to set up our Snow & Santa Day. She masterfully negotiated with sponsors; secured parking, reserved attractions; designed flyers, signs and banners; perfectly timed installation and take-down of banners; coordinated with landscapers, crafted thank-yous for donating entities, and so much more. JaNel is a pleasure to work with and a great asset to FIrstService!

Thank you for helping me out so much during our transition of building management. I appreciate all the expense reports you expedited, posters printed and hung, and the numerous social committee updates for me. Thanks, too, for taking on the extra work load and stepping up when we needed you. A lot of employees would not have done this, let alone so pleasantly with a smile! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dawn Haskin is! I was in the middle of selling my house after my renters unexpectedly left in the middle of their contract and she assisted me with many quick decisions. Maggie was as helpful as she could be, and when Dawn stepped in, she took responsibility, and then went above and beyond - contacting every member of the architectural review board, to ensure I received painting approval so my house could close on time. I am glad that Dawn and Maggie are part of my community's team going forward!
