Medfirst Primary Care at Schertz

This place made my mother very upset to the point of where she does not want to return. I am a military mother away from my son, and my mother went to this office to see Dr. Fikes, and she refused to speak to her because my son was crying.She then told her that she would call her, and that never happened. The receptionist was very rude to her and a nurse made a comment about the discipline of my son. This office was very unprofessional and I am sickened to think medical professionals would make such unnecessary comments. It is not always easy for a child to be away from their mother.
