I called to have another repair done and was told that my washing machine need the same repair as done year prior. The new price for same service was $160 higher and when I stated this to the lady she stated their is no what that could be for the same repair. She was rude and hung up in my face. It is not my fault they do not keep record of their invoices and wanted to hike their price of 150% bad business.

Problem with ONLY three year old LG DLE4801W dryer. Within two days of making initial contact, Joe and his son were in front of the appliance. They quickly determined the problem, picked up the part and replaced it. A little pricey on their mark up on parts but understand this is where they make profit. They were nice enough to give us a discount for being a Vet and or wife being a school teacher. (Note: the Kenmore dryer this one replaced is over 30 years old and still working as a hand me down. I WILL NEVER purchase another LG product.
