Supercuts

Explained what I wanted she even offered not to cut above 4 inches to compensate my curls I agreed, not having my glasses on and having the small talk change to how she wants to be an instructor only and not cut hair I felt the back of my head and then looked at the floor she cut ALL my hair down to my scalp !!!! from 4 inches around now I have a man’s fade!! Maybe her first lesson should be to listen to the customer ..So had to purchase wigs until it grows out

I HAVE TWO CHILDREN, ONE 4 AND ONE 11. BOTH HAVE FINE HAIR WHICH NEEDS TO BE SCISSOR CUT. I TOOK THEM BOTH TO SUPER CUTS IN SARATOGA SPRINGS THINKING THEY WOULD GET A PROFESSIONAL CUT. MY LITTLIEST ONE HAS A BALD SPOT NEXT TO HIS LEFT EAR, AND SHE NEVER LAYERED OR CUT THE VERY TOP OF HIS HAIR. HE NEEDS HIS HAIR RE-CUT TO BE FIXED. THE OLDEST, SERIOUSLY LOOKS LIKE YOU GAVE HIS LITTLE BROTHER THE SCISSORS, AND TOLD HIM TO CUT HIS HAIR. I AM COMPLETLY DISGUSTED! I USE TO CUT HAIR, AND NEVER BALD SPOTTED A PERSON IN MY LIFE! TRY HOLDING ON TO HIS HEAD NEXT TIME! I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR WILL I RECOMMEND SUPERCUTS TO ANY ONE!
