Overall

3 years ago, I contracted Trademark to extend my lanai. That project included the following:
a deck extension
a new cage
adding extensions to the plumbing for my in-ground spa (jets and blower)
new textured cement
Painting the new textured cement.

The original plan was to apply for permits in January, begin work in February with a completion date in the beginning of March.

The job was completed in mid May only following my complaints.

The results are as follows:
Since there shallow standing water in my spa for a number of weeks, the spa was stained and I had to pay for an acid wash.

2 years following the completion of the project, I noticed that I was leaking water. I hired a company to detect the leak location and they informed me that the leak was in the blower line underneath the new lanai extension.
My options were to either tear up the new lanai extension or plug the blower holes in the bottom of the spa. I chose the latter.
I cannot now use the blower.

The paint used on the lanai began to develop mold. I have had to repaint the lanai with a mold resistant pool deck paint.

To be fair, Trademark did a fine job on the cage, however, in light of ruining my spa, project delays and causing additional expenses, I would never recommend Trademark Aluminum for any project.

They do not deserve 1 star.

Overall

They did a good job with our pool cage, except for the fact that there was a leak in the area that they put above our grill. Due to this leak, our outside refrigerator was ruined since water leaked down onto it during a rainstorm. It took them several months to come out and fix it despite numerous phonecalls. Now, 4 years down the road, we now have a cable that is no longer attached and is not holding the cage down anymore. I have been calling since November for them to come out and fix and all I get is the secretary telling me that they are working on scheduling it. I have now called over 7 times and each time I am told that they are putting me on the schedule. Last phone call was 2 weeks ago when I was very frustrated after patiently waiting for 6 months for them to schedule me. I guess business is so good but once you pay them, forget about them coming back to fix any issues.
