Chris Norris from Cool Today did a great job cleaning the vents in our home last week. Chris was very professional and courteous. Chris noticed that we were missing a couple of screws in our return vent. Chris not only replaced those screws, he replaced them all, to make them match. Noticing these little details are what makes Cool Today the quality company it is. Thank you!

Brandon arrived on time, and immediately asked if there were any problems with my cooling system. I pointed out one small water leak, and he found the problem and fixed it right away. He takes the time to pay attention to small details. I appreciate his thoroughness and making sure that my unit is operating at maximum efficiency. I made an appointment for CoolToday to inspect the AC system for an elderly friend. She was told that her 7 year old system had to be replaced. Chris M. our Service Technician, did a thorough inspection. The only problem was that the circuit to the AC condenser was somehow turned off. Honesty and integrity are how I would describe my experience with CoolToday. I will recommend CoolToday to family and friends.

15 minute job to flush AC line= $250 they should be ashamed!!!

Needed to replace my system back in February. Contacted Cool Today and Tech came out the next day. Gave me all of my options, from repair to full replacement - very knowledgable. Opted to have entire unit replaced. Price was fair and competitive, and received free duct cleaning with purchase. Installers were very professional, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Most impressed was the county inspector who said he has not seen work like that in sometime, and said they did a lot more then they have to by code and law. Also my electric bill dropped over $100 a month - yes in the hotter months!!! Thanks to Cool Today for making this major investment educational, easy, quick, and very satisfying.

I would highly recommend N & M. When I discovered that I needed to have duct cleaning done I called my regular service people. They gave me a very high quote despite my being a customer of theirs for over 20 years. Actually it was good that they did because I researched and found out that N & M is recommended by Carrier to be one of the best in Sarasota for duct cleaning. Not only did they do a tremendous job...very thorough and all three of my systems looked brand new when they finished but they also take great care to make sure I was not inconvenienced and my house was left clean when they left. The guys were polite and professional (Chris and Steve) I thank you for a job extremely well done. I was so impressed that I am going to use N & M for my regular bi-yearly service care.

My experience with M&N Cooling & Heating was not what I expected.Me and my husband are seniors and can not stand the heat. The repairs and repair contract or bill was almost $900.00. I had the tech leave the parts he had replaced. I had some of the parts test and found that they were still in working condition. I also had another problem with my AC fan. It would not shut off. When the tech arrived I asked him to put back in the old parts and give me a refund minus the service call. They refused and only gave me back the difference minus labor, which was parts I did not need. Beware elderly they seem to do repairs that are not needed. This problem occured in March, my AC with all my old parts is still working. (3 months Later)
