Katie-Dids Originals Inc

Katie-Dids has abysmal customer service and does not deliver on its advertised promise of "fast, professional service." After five weeks of waiting for $179 worth of shirts which was paid for on a credit card processed three days after the order, I called to check on the order. Three weeks and no shirts later, I called again. I was met with attitude from the person who answered the phone all the way up to Katie herself. As one of only two companies who provides Cardinal Mooney uniform shirts, it is apparent to me that Katie-Dids is in no way interested in providing courteous service when they have made numerous errors on an order. Perhaps they are pleasant when they don't make mistakes, but when multiple human errors create an unsatisfactory shopping experience, no one at Katie-Dids, including Katie, cares enough about the customer to listen to the customer. All they want is for the customer to be quiet, to ship a new and different order, and to get their money. I will NEVER order from them again and did not give them my business to change my original order. I will go back to Children's World.
