        Finally found a workout I can stick with. I've had many gym memberships but was never disciplined enough to stick with it and I always got bored after a short time. Although it's not easy I feel refreshed and happy when I leave and I can't wait to see some results.

        My daughter and I were looking for a way to get in shape for my wedding in May and hers next May. Bought the special trial classes 3 for $9.99 including gloves and have completely fallen in love with this place. The staff and trainers are amazing and motivating. I cant quite keep up yet but getting stronger every class and feeling the best I have felt in years!!

        I love this place!!! This is probably the best workout I’ve ever had! The instructors are great and motivational! It was my first time and they made it so it wasn’t intimidating at all. I will definitely be back!
