I traded in my car toward toward the purchase of another car on monday july 25, 2011. It began having problems the next day. I took it in to have it repaired and they refused to fix it, instead they wanted to offer me another car, i looked around all the cars were more expensive than the one i bought and they had their check engine lights on and were not running properly so i asked if they could just fix my car, after 6 hours of being there and speaking to the mechanics who origionally had repaired a problem on the car before my purchase I was informed that it was most likely that the repair that they had made they didnt do right, at this time they told me I had to pay for the repairs I requested my trade back, they wouldnt give it to me, I requested the money they gave me for the car I traded in and they wouldnt give it to me, they told me they would look at the car but said they would get to it on their time.

This dealership is the most unprofessional, customer service lacking and questionable dealership I have ever dealt with. It is the epitomy of what everyone thinks of when they think of the sleazy used car dealer. They rarely answer their phones, never return calls, and if you do business with them you get what you deserve. My experience was one that went on for over a year of poor customer service, and shoddy vehicles. After retuning the first vehicle I purchased, because it didn't run more than a week, and they had it in their shop for over 6 weeks, I was given another vehicle that didn't make it more than 12 miles before breaking down. After $2000 in parts (I do my own repairs) it is now running. It was purchased for $5500, and after a year of $400 a month in payments I still owed $3700??? I paid the thing off.....arriving with my cash I was willing to pay to get it off my back, and am now free. BEWARE!
