DO NOT ORDER FROM ALEXIA! We ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses, same colour and same size. We ordered in April for an August wedding. When the dresses came in, one of the dresses was marked as a "10" but was in reality a 6. It was a considerably different size from the "real 10" yet we both ordered the same size. We are now scrambling as Alexia won't take any ownership for their mistake. Also, the "size 10" at the bridal shop was different from BOTH "size 10"'s that we ended up receiving. STAY AWAY!

I am extremely displeased with this company. I had 4 months to plan my wedding as my fiance is deploying overseas. I'm 3 weeks out and all my girls have their dresses however 2 of them are extremely faulty. First off my sister measured as a straight 6 according to the alexia design sizing chart (she has other size 6 bridesmaid dresses that fit perfect right now she hasnt gained weight or inches since they were ordered, figured the dress should be perfect). She picked it up and just by looking at it she could tell it didnt look right. Not only was it way too small- like it was sized wrong but the seam on one side was clearly flawed- it was straight then extremely crooked which made the dress pucker really weird and stick out on one side. Both dresses had the messed up stitching and one had a noticeably uneven hem line. The salon I got them from charged $185... maybe that's cheap for some people but for my working class family a $185 dress fits right and is sewn properly. I know the bridal salons decide the price but this dress was clearly cheaply made and is worth $50 at most- and that's being nice. I love the design, the color, but a poorly sewn bridesmaid dress is something I shouldn't have to worry about unless I'm buying off some random vendor on Ebay.

Order at your own risk. But no referral is coming from this bride- would have been better off buying something from a department store- at least what you see is what you get.

I am an Alexia vendor and we love them. Their pricing is fair and we have NEVER had a late delivery from them. Our customers love that there is a wide array of styles and they are our go-to when girls come in looking for maids dresses with only a couple weeks to go to the wedding.



The reviews below mine should both be removed. First off @ weddingdress - you have given a bad review for the wrong company! Alexia is a vendor, direct to stores and does not sell direct to the public or have a their own salon.



Secondly - @ MRC1981, you need to educate yourself to the bridal world. Unless you are talking about David's Bridal or Alfred Angelo, most designers do NOT have their own stores. They rely on privately owned bridal salons to stock their dresses. They and all other designers, purposely do not display pricing because it is not up to them as to what we as salons put on the sticker for a sales price. The only thing they do is give us a minimum so that stores are not trying to undercut to the point that it cheapens the brand. I will grant you that they should be better about keeping up on their store locator, but realistically, that should be your only complaint.

First impressions are everything, and I do think that customer service over the phone is also very important.



I'm trying to find the best deal with my wedding dress. I've called a good 15-20 establishments, and this one, BY FAR, was the RUDEST!



They told me they don't give pricing over the phone, and would only cater to you if you came in-person, or if you bought your wedding dress from there... When I asked the sales associate why that was the case, she replied to me with, "because we like to give good customer service." She then assured me that their pricing would NOT be competitive and that I should look elsewhere.



Pompous. Shrill. Unfriendly. What a joke.



I've NEVER heard of an establishment willing to turn away $2,000 in potential revenue.



Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve your $.

My daughter finally finds a bridesmaid's dress she likes. An "Alexia design". Of course there would be no price listed. Instead a list of stores. All of which no longer carry Alexia, have gone out of business, or just dont answer the phone. So I find a corporate phone number. A recorder that cuts you off if you dont have an extension number. This company obviously doesnt want to do business. Laundering money perhaps? Please pick on someone less stressed out than mothers of brides-to-be!!
