Meun Fan Thai Cafe

My wife and I fell in love with Thai cuisine when we lived in the Seattle area for 11 years. When we moved back to SB seven years ago, we had become spoiled, and were disappointed with the local offerings. We have been to Meun Fan twice since we learned that the Mesa Thai space had reopened, and have been very happy with everything about it. The space itself has been transformed into a very comfortable and inviting place to enjoy a meal, the servers have been competent, enthusiastic and friendly (which I will take over stuffy and professional any time), and the food fresh, tasty, obviously prepared with care and skill, and priced reasonably. We're very happy to finally have a local Thai restaurant to call our own, and we thank Jan, the new owner, for making it happen.
