        The worst McDonalds I have visited in my 38 years. Dirty with the worst service imaginable

        The owner of this particular store needs to step in and do something. I work right next door and due to its location and my lack of time to go anywhere else forces me to eat here on a regular basis and every time I go in there I can count on one thing and that is to stand in a line forever in a dirty restaurant just to get cold food or have my order messed up. My next contact will be the health department. When I ask for the owners name I always get a manager whose response to me is "I am not at liberty to give you that information". As the G.M. of a retail establishment I welcome customer comments, good or bad, in order to be able to serve them better. I understand that good people are hard to find but I dont understand how you can have the worst I have seen all concentrated in one restaurant!!!!
