GBS Roofing & Restoration

I hired GBS roofing & restoration out of North Carolina and I cannot say enough of how much I appreciate them. They said my roof had wind damage submitted an estimate to my insurance company and I got a brand new roof for the cost of my deductible. I cannot say enough about the service and quality of work this outstanding company performed.

Dont waste your time, or your money with this horrible company. I have nothing nice to say about this company, the people that work there, the owner, or the way they do business. The overcharged my insurance company to put the money in their pocket, They tried (real hard) to get us to pay in full before the work was completed. Even had a really foul mouth female from the company call me and try to yell at me because payment was not paid in full. I DO NOT pay companies in full until all work and promises have been fulfilled. Tried to involve the owner by letting him know how unhappy I was, even tried to FIRE them. All the owner did was say....I'm sorry, I'm sorry. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a contractor. They tried to make ME feel bad because they could not pay their employees by Christmas but had not completed the job they were hired to do. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The roofers left nails on my roof, tar on my house, tire marks in my yard, trash in my yard, 1 out of 10 spoke English, broke a weather station we had outside, NEVER on time, and on and on and on.
