Car Pros Towing & Repair

Amazing place!! This store deserves an award for customer service. I have an Enterprise rental, and there are only two places I can take it for service. It needed an oil change. I was sent to the other place. I couldn't get an appointment. I'd been trying for hours. They were awful. I found out about Car Pros, and it was heaven

I am autistic. The other place caused me a meltdown. Car Pros helped me right on the phone. She said, "We can do it. Just come on in." I got there, and the place was clean, quiet and she greeted me immediately. She knew who I was. They started on my car right then and had me on my way 30 minutes later. The other place told me once they could get to me the oil change would take at least 40 minutes.

This company needs more business. I recommend it to anyone with challenges
