        Overall

        After using Keller for five months, I cancelled their service. They are pricey for what you get. I spent $400/month for irrigation service, pest control and for them to cut my VERY small lawn that is smaller than 2,000 square feet. When I signed my contract with them, they informed me that pest control would come by on Wednesdays, but for the past five months, they've come inconsistently on Mondays and Tuesdays. They also informed me that the lawn mowing guys would come by on Thursdays, but they frequently stopped by on Fridays. Having two dogs that use a doggie door, their inconsistency was a big inconvenience. On the administrative side of things, they are extremely unresponsive. I would send them an email and it would take Kendra two weeks to respond. I would call their office and get no answer. I would ask them to trim my trees and it would take them nearly a month to get someone out to do the job yet they sent me the $800 bill within 24 hours. They are understaffed and completely unreliable. Buyer beware!
