Betty Anne's Hairstyling

I called Betty Anne's to get some information from them. The woman, I'm assuming was Betty, answered the phone. Before I could finish my question she hung up on me! I thought that was very rude. So, I called back. When she answered again I said to her "I believe we were disconnected?" She said "I am very busy right now. I'm the only person here." I am very disappointed in her behavior, especially since she is the owner. I would never go there let alone recommend them to anyone I know. If they act like that on the phone imagine how their service is in person!!!! Very rude & very unprofessional!!!
