My parents paid over $5,000 to All Phase to resurface and fix leaks in our pool. It looked great, but eight months later, our pool was leaking again. My father called them but sadly, they only offer a 30-day guarantee. After spending so much money, you would think the warranty would be a bit longer. Now we're in the same position we were a year ago, minus $5,000. What a shame.

All Seasons Fails To Deliver! We were promised a 6-7 week build on our basic pool with pavers and screen enclosure. It took 5 months and 3 weeks. Last week was our final inspection yet last month they were sending threats to put a lien on our home. We would go weeks without anyone showing up. I was told by sales that they employed most everyone that worked for them, yet the sales person and handyman were the only two people that actually worked for all seasons. Weeks of good weather would go by with no workers present. They left a hole in the backyard for over a week with no safety/construction fencing around it. They had to re-dig and re-damaged the irrigation after I had fixed it. Took them 4 weeks to come back to fix it. All the sod died, had to replant 4 pallets of sod. Still no discount/refund from them, nor will they return my call. This company is disorganized and from an organizational perspective an absolute joke. Even the city of NSB has made a joke of our experience.

I had my pool resurfaced last febuary of 2009. The pool came out great and the tiling looked nice. As the job was being done, one of the tile techs asked me for a check. I told him i spoke to one of the girl's in the office and made payment arrangements. He insisted i give him a check. I called the office once more and they spoke to him. He acted angry and as if he was the owner of the company. When the work was done, chemical was left on my rear lawn. Two weeks later the chemical killed my lawn and the all phase did not pick the chemical up. 3 weeks later, i had a leak near my light inside the pool. All phase repaired it. About two months ago, my pool started to leak again. I spoke to the "office manager" and she said to call her once the leak was discovered and we would go from there. Two weeks ago, my pool started leaking again. I had a company come out and tell me it was leaking in two spots. One spot was leaking due to lack of quality work on All Phase's pool people. This company was hired to do a deck reface.I was promised top quality materials and excellent workmanship. One month later this company realized that their sub contracters did a terrible job and agreed to do a complete redo.I was very happy that they recognized the bad work but here I am a year and a half later with cracks all over my deck,fading paint,and concrete lifting.My deck looks worse than the original. Called company this am and was advised by All Seasons rep to contact sub contracter myself for repairs since my warranty is up.I even advised rep that I am aware of this and willing to pay just to have fixed and she stated she would contact sub contractor for me.
