3 strikes and they are out!

I have used InVision for myself and my family for years, and am now asking "why"? What has my wife and children done to me for me to keep taking them back to a company that has continued to mismanage our business for years? They use lens manufacturers who either do not perform the work that was purchased or continually miss delivery dates, state that a prescription would be ready with a specific contact lens type only to have it take many weeks (into months) longer, and just today were running significantly late yet did not alert me so I could work longer.

Strike three InVision. This is a sad statement when behemiths like Costco and WalMart are taking business from smaller businesses like this, but hey, if it works...

Catch on InVision. Step up your service of fall by the wasteside, it is all up to you!

P.S. My drive directly over to Costco for an eye exam was painless, timly, and I got to my work meeting that I would have otherwise have had to miss. Don't wait on me InVision... color me and my family of six ex-customers!

Been a patient with them for years Roxannne and brittany are rude and unprofessional. me and my son came in for contacts and glasses I was told one thing and than told something different when I corrected them on it I was told to come and get my records and go somewhere else and my son when he went to get his glasses they where trying to charge us for stuff that on my insurance was 100 covered very rude staff the only one that was trying to help and was professional was the manager in optical Jennifer i have never been treated so bad i took my records and went somewhere else and I've had the best service there

Dr White and his staff are phenomenal! I have seen him for over 10 years and get the best service and the most quality explanations I have ever received. My husband loves Dr. Capstick. She worked with him for over 30 minutes to get his eyes to be 20/20 this has never happened prior in his 28 years. He still cannot stop raving about the clarity and difference he now has. Lastly, my son suffers from PTSD and is incredibly nervous of medical procedures and professionals. However Dr. Sargent (sp?) Was amazing taking extra time prior to the exam to establish a good trusting bond, talk suprheros, and to tell about his children. My son has never been so confident in a Healthcare provider as he was here. Thank you to you entire staff for all that you do. Really your thoughtfulness and quality of care have exceeded every expectation I have ever had.

Dr White is My Hero.

I have been seen by Dr. White for over 8 years. His staff is always so friendly and really make me feel like I am important to them. It is even incredible to me how personal and intimate the atmosphere is - when I come in they remember me by name.

I heard that he specialized in contact lens fittings, even for the hard to fit patient (me) and I feel like he has been nothing but the best. He has been thorough and imformative, not to mention the new innovative technology that they are involved with.

Their selection of frames is amazing and they are always so helpful in picking out the best that looks right for me.

Their location is very conveniant for me to come over during lunch or after work, and I have referred everyone I know to Dr. White.

I have to disagree

I was just looking up InVision's phone number, and came across the previous review. I would have to disagree with the first review the office received. I have also been a patient for years and love the office, the doctor, and the staff. They have bent over backwards for myself and my family. An example: last year I really wanted some contacts to wear to a function (I normally wear glasses), I hadn't been seen in their office for over a year, and never have had a contact exam with them. They actually ordered some contacts in for me, AND gave me some to try. They didn't charge me anything, and didn't make me come in for a seperate exam! I know most places would do that. They have a warranty on their glasses that is great. My son has had to replace his frames a few times because he is 8 and you know how they are. Anyway, I don't have a huge income and knowing that everytime his glasses get broken, I can bring them into the office and they are so great! They will fix them, replace them, or order a new pair. They have looked up my insurance for me numerous times and helped get the benefits we need. I have never had such great service! I am really confused at the first person's review. I am wondering if they have the wrong place?? I just wanted anyone else who wanted to go to see this doctor will read this review. They are really great there.
