Envision Home Health & Hospice

We engaged Envision services through their Ogden office to assist in my Mothers passing at home. When she arrived home her pain medication and proper oxygen were not there. The oxygen situation was remedied fairly quickly, but the pain medication was not. She was in excruciating pain for several hours. Her last hours.
They were quick to offer condolences, but no explanation, other than they fired the driver for the oxygen tanks. They refused to admit they had done any wrong citing that they were following "industry standard procedures", meaning that this type of services is viewed as acceptable under their guidelines.
Allowance of such suffering is terrifying.
If you happen to see this post before it is removed, be wary. They, in my experience, are not to be trusted with any type of care for anyone.
