First of all the salesman Lorenzo doesn't have a clue what he's talking about because he lied to me about the phone he sold me it is the biggest POS I have ever had. And then the policy is that you have 7 days to return it I purchase this phone according to the receipt on the 24th at 10:33 a.m today at 10:25 a.m. I'm in the store at 10:10 to return my POS that was so to me and I was told that it's been longer than a week now I know how to count weeks friday-to-friday I was there at least five minutes before my week was up. As far as the Cricket service on the phone that they gave me the service sucks. Thanks cricket cricket I am taking my number to Metro PCS I do not recommend this store to anybody not even my worst enemy.
