Called them about a dishwasher used door switch...Quote was $55...New one was $120....On line New ones were $60 to $65....I told the guy at Best and he got quick with me and said that was his price as his supplier charged him a
certain amount for parts..new or used. You can better bet Best Home Appliance's markup is super, super high as their prices are double the going cost of parts else ware! I've heard lots of negative comments about their high labor costs as well. Avoid Them!! Dave in Provo

BEWARE...
YOU WOULD THINK BY BEING CHARGED $128 FOR A LABOR FEE... IT WOULD TAKE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES FOR THE REPAIR!!!

BUYER BEWARE! There was a reason they were the only company available on a Saturday to come service a fridge.... Not an honest company. We ended up purchasing a a fridge from them, in which they SCRATCHED when bringing in. They also gave us the wrong handles and have given us the run around for 6+ months about getting us the correct ones. now I'm questioning whether the diagnosis of needing a new fridge was even the truth.

I reported a problem with the freezer. The heating core was actually melting the plastic on the bottom of the freezer. The repairman told me he had seen the unit in the past and that he couldn't believe it was resold, as they had previously traded out. He unhooked the heating element to reduce fire hazard and said they would trade out within 5 days. Several calls and 3 weeks later, they finally brought a new unit that was smaller and came with broken drawers. I called to report the problem and was told I would get a call back, never happened. Then I sent a letter to both locations and again, nothing. Avoid this business at all costs!!
