        They have terrible management. Fear is how they control their employees. They try to get their employees to imagine they can go forward in their careers and fear that they won't is how they control them. Favoritism is rampant. They are not helpful to employees' problems. Hard to get time off when you want it. The desirable outcome of product is often restricted by management decisions. Unfair compensation to seasoned employees.
