Cape & Islands Glass

Over the years I have used Cape and Island glass several times for table top glass. I have always found them to be pleasant, efficient and quick. The last piece of table top glass I ordered was done several weeks earlier than expected. The summer being an exceptionally busy time for Cape local business I appreciated the promptness and great workmanship that Cape and Island Glass has done for me. I have and will continue to recommend them to other people.

i.They might do good work, but unless you want to pay $90/hr labor rate (by the way, they also pad the time, so it could be even higher than $90/hr) you should look for a competitor. I was disgusted with the lady when I asked the reasonable question, "Why such a high labor rate"? Her response, "That's what we charge." You see....she knew I was in a pinch for repair and she had plenty of work, so she wanted to charge more to replace the glass than it eventually cost me to replace the entire window! Come on people!...they tell you to use local businesses and then the local businesses bleed the locals!
