        Overall

        We used this firm for our taxes last year and tried to again this year with no success. We provided this Brad guy with all our information for a simple 1040 return, then had to wait for over a week with no communication from him. Asked basic questions that he wouldn't (or couldn't?) answer. Ignores emails and phone calls. No professionalism here. If you are looking for value-added accounting this is not the place to find it. What took the cake is after a week of not hearing anything to confirm that he had even received our emails or phone calls, I send a short email asking what is going on. I then get an email reply where he has the audacity to berate and belittle me as pushy and not worth his time. How thin-skinned can one accountant be? Doing a little research, I also discovered that not only are his fees the highest around, but his competence and "service" simply do not justify it.
