        In a world full of identity theft, this dentist needs all kinds of personal info on everyone so he doesn't get ripped off. It appears its all about the money instead of genuine caring about one's dental health. Even when paying cash, you have to pay BEFORE being served...??? What's that all about? Don't come in as a new patient with any "new patient coupon" that they put in magazine advertising because you'll get reduced quality service along with the reduced price.
