        Overall

        Left me stranded on a snowy winters night. Apparently holds a contract with my insurance but when called to help, they refused to do so. My car was 2 feet into the ditch and just needed a small tug out. Auto Hook stated they would need special trucks to do this and refused to help. In addition, he laughed at my situation and was very rude. Way to help a lady out!!

        They go above and beyond the call of duty. I had fuel delivered but my battery died trying to start the car. The driver jump my car and followed me to the gas station to make sure I made it there saftly. He could have just dumped the fuel into the tank and left but he made sure I was safe and on my way. THANKS !!!!
