This is a simple, non-surgical procedure that smoothes the deep, persistent lines that develop on your face over time. A few tiny injections relax the muscles that cause those frown lines to form and keeps them relaxed for up to four months. Areas commonly treated are the “crow’s feet,” the lines between your brow (glabellar area), and the forehead. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍Depending on the outcome of your examination, we may recommend a biopsy. A biopsy is when a sample of body tissue is taken, usually by being c‍‍‍ut out or excised. Biopsies tend to be of abnormal tissue, so a section of a lump or an edge of an ulcer might be taken. The sample is sent to a laboratory where the technicians can examine it under a microscope to see exactly what it is. Through finding out what the lump is, we can decide on the best course of treatment.
