This company will do anything to use students for an easy dollar. I lease from Clarence Miller. He treats students as though they are the dirt beneath his feet. I had a pipe leak in my home for 12 days. It has now been 30 days and they patched the hole in my wall with a fake vent to no where (that was the cheapest option). Now all that I ask is that they come clean the carpets since we found out that the water had been leaking for 6 months and they refuse. Now I have to send letters via my lawyer to get anything done. Do not sign with them. They will try to rip you off and will not spend a dime fixing anything on the property. DO NOT WORK WITH CLARENCE MILLER!
