I've used this company's services a few times before and each and every time my carpets and rugs look like new after they're done. The big plus for me personally is that not only is the quality of the cleaning superb, but also this company DRYFAST -- they are the only carpet cleaning company in San Francisco that only uses organic green carpet cleaning products and techniques. Kudos for that, DRYFAST! One happy regular customer here!

I should begin by saying that we (wife Jessie and 2 wonderful kids) live in the Twin Peaks neighborhood of San Francisco, where the moisture is considerably high and it's almost always foggy. One day, out of the blue one of our kids complained to me about a stubborn headache that just wouldn't go away no matter what she took. The next day my son had an allergy outburst and that surprised us even more. After posting on an allergies forum, a fellow member suggested I check the house for black mold. I went around the house doing a visual inspection, but could not find any mold. Then I went into the basement where both my kids spend a lot of time playing during the day. Around one of the corners of the basement it kind of smelled like mold. I found some spots of what looked like black mold on the wall/floor and then decided I'd better have a mold removal company do a complete mold test and air quality test just to be on the safe side. Since I didn't really know any such mold removal company in San Francisco, I did a Google search and this DRYFAST / MOLDOUT company popped up. They had excellent reviews and so I gave them a call. They offered me a discount on the complete mold inspection and the air quality testing. Came to my home same day, took samples to the lab, and then a day later told me that indeed my basement was infested with black mold and also another type of mold, green mold. They offered their mold removal services, with a discount again, and my wife and I decided to go ahead with the mold removal procedure right-away, since both our kids were already exhibiting signs of mold contamination. George of DRYFAST kept me completely informed all the time about what they were doing to my basement (turbo dryers, structural dryers, some sheet-rock replacement, some insulation) and then after the mold removal procedure was done, I would immediately be able to tell the difference in how the air in my basement smelled, no moisture + new wall insulation and the procedure of complete mold decontamination had been performed. My wife and I were very satisfied with DRYFAST / MOLDOUT ' s mold removal services and low and behold --both my kids started feeling better only 12 hours after all the mold removal work was completed! I must say i am very thankful to these guys! What a great professional response and an expertly done job! Thank you!

I just want to say that Dryfast is a great company ... i used their services after my bathroom was all wet. They cleaned everything, changed part of the walls, painted, etc.
