West Rental Management

This management was recommended to me by a mutual friend who had used them. I hope they havent had the same experience as I have. My house was vacant for the first couple of months, to find out that it was not in good showing condition even after paying for it to be cleaned. They didn't utilize my home warranty for repairs. Very poor communication. I feel they are just collecting my money and not doing any work for it. Tenants also had issues getting in contat with them and would never recommend them. I have brought up my issues with several of them and went up to management. All of them seemed to beat around the bush and took several days of going back and forth before they realized how big of an issue we had if they ever realized it. NEVER USE THEM. This is my first bad review ever... it takes a lot to get me to write a bad review.
