My understanding of a good company is an entity that has employees that work together, put out the same effort in work loads, show up to work (even if on salary)at the appropriate time. For example: A GM that shows up to work at 12:00 or 1:00 or even later when the day is supposed to begin at 9am along with the rest of the staff. Where is the example being set here?



A Good company appreciates the hard work from its employees that put forth an effort and have good work ethics without major supervision and also detailed in all aspects without any other issues.How can you not commend someone for being detailed and make minimal mistakes. Instead you nitpick at other minute details that others in the office get away with; where is the fairness? Can anyone direct me to the fair labor board ?????

This company needs to go back to the drawing board and restucture the way it does business from the business owner & wife to all the partners involved.Everyone should be treated with respect and not shown any favoritism not only with their customers but with the internal (and most important) customers.



If you think about doing business with "THESE PEOPLE" - think it over before you do.... Would you treat your customers / employees like this???
