The people working in the service department were great and took care of me and my 2010 TDI. Car seems happy.  What more can you ask for? The operator was very helpful when I called to schedule my appointment. The Courtesy Driver was also very helpful and professional.

Went into the dealership just to look at new lease offers and ended up starting a new one that day. Had a great experience; Tony was friendly, helpful and straight forward. I got exactly what I wanted in the price range that I was looking for. Was extremely satisfied and will continue my business with them in the future.

I was in the market for a new car, and while shopping around I stopped by Kearny Mesa VW to test drive a few different models. Tim was a great salesperson, very knowledgeable, didn't pressure me when I told him I wasn't going to buy that day, and he was more than glad to run around and let me test drive any car I wanted to.



I went back a week later after deciding on a new GTI and worked with Charles Moss. Charles was fantastic -- very efficient, friendly, got me everything I needed, and made sure everything was taken care of.



This was my first new car buying experience and I'm thrilled that it went so smoothly.
