Pacific Honda, the best car shopping experience I have ever had. EXCELLENT in every way!!! From the salesman, Scott to the finance people, Dottie and Jose. There was no high pressure sales, no wasting of my time and no surprises. After shopping for 3 weeks and dealing with Ford and Carmax, being lied to, mislead, and extreme high pressure, the people of Pacific Honda blew me away. I truly felt like I was family, not just another "sale." I highly recommend them to all my friends and coworkers. Pacific Honda, truly is "for all the right reasons." I look forward to a long time friendship with these great people. I LOVE my new Civic. THANK YOU!!!!

I just leased 2011 Fit from Samantha at Pacific Honda. Though it was my first time at a car dealer, she was patient enough to answer any and all questions that I had. One of the friendliest people at the dealer.

Bought a Civic Gx natural gas vehicle on 11/13/10. They had the lowest price at any of the dealers I dealt with from Los Angeles to Riverside to the Inland Empire and San Diego (yep, my wife and I shopped it for a while). Rich Kise handled the transaction -- he is great - honest, no-nonsense, quick, knowledgeable. Samantha Hill assisted - very friendly and knowledgeable, too. As to the negative reviews I've read, I didn't see hyde nor hair of the craziness described. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, to the point, and efficient. They honored the price they quoted me in our e-negotiations and had the vehicle when I showed up. Financing was easy to deal with and I wasn't there more then 2 hours. What more can you ask? They've followed up so far with 2 phone calls. It appears to me that they are serious about improving their reputation. The Yelp reviews certainly didn't do this dealership justice.

This was honestly the best car buying, or leasing in my case, experience I have had. Mark Morrow and Zach Drischoll were both very professional and friendly. Neither of them were pushy, which I really appreciated, and the Financial Rep that I worked with, Jose Rodriguez, did a great job of getting me what I needed while keeping it affordable. Great job all around. I will definitely be recommending Pacific Honda to anyone I know looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. I absolutely love my new 2011 Honda Civic :)

I bought my Honda at Pacific Honda 6 years ago, and I take it there for servicing. It is the only dealership I have ever been to that values my time. They are honest about repair estimates and always do it right the first time.

I have always owned a Honda. I have always loved the service department at Honda dealerships, until I went to this one. They tried telling me that my 02 Honda Civic with only 40,000 miles needs a new transmission and would cost me over $4,600.00. They would not give me a written estimate only a verbal one, nothing in writing, which in CA is illegal. So I took the car and went to another Honda Service Center and it just needed a fuel line that cost me under $100.00. I would never take my car back to Pacific Honda and if the Service Center is that bad I can only imagine was sales is like.
