Great receptionist! Dr. McAndrews knows her stuff. She was very informative, gave me a lot of alternatives for my dog's condition. My dog especially loved the treats!

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

The staff does an excellent job of making the patient and owner very comfortable. Rennie loves to come here for some odd reason and so do I. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Jackie is amazing!! She treated my dog Teddy twice for separate instances and he was good as new on both occasions. She goes out of her way to give you options and to me, that shows character and the willingness to understand each person's circumstance. Bravo!

Dr. Jacque McAndrew has been my Vet for 20 years. I brought my rottweiler for 12 years to Dr. McAndrew for regular check ups, acupuncture or V.O.M. adjustments as needed. Dr. McAndrew has been treating my golden retriever for 8 years now with homeopathy for itching and V.O.M. adjustments for her hip dysplasia and arthritis.
