Overall

The repairperson didn't really do anything and said my refrigerator was working fine. My refrigerator is still not keeping things cold and things are defrosting in my freezer, and I have to wait 3 more days before they can send someone else. I have a service contract with Sears but in this case I did not get good service.

I needed to replace the spout on the water dispenser on a 15 year old kenmore fridge. A tiny plastic piece but of course these things are built to force the use of a professional. Once I realized the entire hose that winds down through the door and then back through the bottom of the fridge had to be replaced I called for help. The service technician was just great and had it fixed in no time. I would definitely call them again. The $300+ is pretty crazy though and that's the only reason for 4 ⭐️S not 5.

It's rather expensive, but when you're in the middle of a project crush and suddenly your washer breaks, it was a blessing to be able to call a number, get it scheduled for 2 days later, the guy shows up on time, fixes it and gets out of your hair and you're done, no hassles.

Tell you about our service call...WHAT service call? This service is for a 96 year old customer who you charged $285 for a service contract and did absolutely nothing except to say the water filter was not included. I requested a filter replacement and was sold the contract to look at the icemaker. I can knock on her door for free to say I'm too lazy to do my job. And, if this wasn't enough, we were told you would reverse the service contract fee in 24 hours and here we are at 96 hours and still nothing. This just follows the washer/dryer install in which your service personnel did not tighten the washer hoses and flooded her garage. Your excellent service was we'll send someone out in 3 days...which was over 90 days ago. I will NEVER buy anything from Sears again and will discourage others. No wonder your business is crumbling.

I bought my refrigerator in 2012 from Sears Outlet for my new house. It's a nice Westinghouse side-by-side bottom freezer and I love the drawers and shelving inside. It fits so very nicely in my kitchen under my cabinet. And then last year it started to leak water on the floor. I found that out because my cat Fred likes to drink the water when it leaks. Go figure! Silly cat. Anyway, I called Sears Appliance Repair to come out and give me an estimate. It was for quite a bit of money to repair a small broken fixture and my husband said 'I'll just defrost the fridge when it ices over. We'll be fine.' That was in September 2015. Fast forward to February 2016 and the water is now leaking on both sides of the fridge. My husband says 'Call the repairman. We'll pay for the repair rather than a new fridge.' So I did AND we got a 25% coupon on repairs so the quite a bit of money that it was before now became so much more do-able and my refrigerator is fixed. Poor Fred! No more water to lick!

Technician corrected squealing sound of dryer when in drying motion Took him 35 mins top in my home

Wish my bill was itemize w the $79 which goes towards bill Instead bill started with $150 plus parts $24 I was expecting a lower bill than $177

When I questioned my bill by phone An outsource person explained but I'm more confused (?)

Took 4 attempts to repair my washer. The first attempt was terrible. Inexperienced technician incorrectly diagnosed problem, put washer back together, left grease on walls, appliance and used my area rug. After he left I washed rug. Went back to bedroom adjacent to laundry room to retrieve my grandson's blanket and fell flat on my back. Tile floors were flooded from washer machine water. Second visit, different tech had the same issue and discovered first tech cracked basket. Basket needs to be ordered. 3rd visit, basket is installed. After 2 washes, washer makes loud noises. 4th visit, tech adjusts wall panel. I did not receive a report of what was actually installed in my washer so it could spin effectively. so disappointed with Sears. I believed I was going to receive the best service from the beginning.

It took 2 weeks to receive parts to fix my washer and dryer, finally the day of the appointment is here and sears modify the hour time with out my approval, the technician call me at 1:46pm and let me know he was going to arrive at my house in about 10 to 15 minutes, I call my wife to meet the technician at the house she got there at 2:00pm and try to speak with the technician, he was rude, he didn't even want to open the window of his ban and yield my wife saying the appointment is canceled because he was waiting for us for more than half hour, This is totally a lie cause he called me at 1:46pm and said he was going to be there in 10 to 15 minutes, my wife got home at 2:00pm and the guy decide to cancel my appointment.

I call sears customer service supervisor and she didn't know how to handle my complaint, The only thing she keeps saying is my appointment is canceled and I need to set a new appointment but the worst thing is I have to wait one more week and she made me the appointment the 23 of December one day before Christmas

I try to put a complaint to the technician for being a layer and cancel my appointment but she said that is nothing I can do

This is so ridiculous how Sears don't know nothing bout customer service

I'm so upset and next time I will think twice before I purchase I guarantee with Sears

just scheduled my 4th appointment for the same 13 lock out limit..... Tech cant figure out how to get rid of the code other than turning off the power supply and turning it back on to reset the system.... Poor customer service
