Although quite elderly, Mr Schwering at first appeared to be a decent lawyer. That turned out to be untrue. We came to him asking for a family trust to be done. In addition to asking for our financial information, including copies of all bank statements, he insisted we get a post marital agreement before he would do the trust. (We learned later that this was unnecessary). After several months of difficulty and expense, and a few says after sending him a final signed copy of the marital agreement, he sent a letter saying he was not going to do our trust, and returned our deposit. I then wrote him, asking that he destroy all of the personal information he collected from us. He refused, in a letter printed in a hard-to-read micro/script font. Very childish. It is apparent that Mr Schwering has "issues", and I would advise anyone seeking a lawyer to avoid him.
